0260 (1)(a) At the time of the inspection visit, clorox wipes and clorox spray are accessible to children. The provider corrected the violation onsite by moving the chemicals to cabinet not accessible to the children. 0260 (2)(a)(b) At the time of the inspection visit, it was observed that the shed in the backyard with garden tools is accessible to children; the storage closet across the bathroom is accessible to children.
